Kellie Pickler on American Idol. On American Idol, Kellie claimed that she was nervous because it was the first time she'd ever sang in front of people. The Truth - Kellie Pickler is an experienced performer, having competed in both the Miss North Carolina pageant and "Gimme the Mic, Charlotte," a statewide American Idol-like singing competition sponsored by television station WSOC. One Albemarle, NC resident reports "Did any of you know she went to an expensive dance school?" (citation). Pickler took second place in "Gimme the Mic," beating out close to 300 other singers to win a top spot. Even this wasn't her first experience performing - Pickler won the won the "Miss Stanley County" title at age 17. She went on to compete in the 2004 Miss North Carolina Pageant, where her talent was listed as (you guessed it) "Country Vocal." Kellie Pickler even sang the national anthem at the grand opening of the Albemarle Wal-Mart!

Nor are we associated with kicks, kickin' back, kickin' ass (though we do take names), Kick the Can, Cans of Clausen Pickles, Vlassic Pickles, Milwaukee Pickles, that stork who brings the pickles, the Stork Club(tm), the Sweet Pickles children's series, Pickles the Clown, or anything else having to do with a pickle or pickles. Wait, does that stork even bring pickles? I'm not sure... Why else would they put him on the jar? Hmm. Now I'm confused. Well, in any event, whatever that stork does, we don't know him. So there is no likelihood of confusion between us and that stork, comprende? Or a Cucumber. In fact, we think cucumbers are really overrated. 336? 2? Seriously.
